Youth & Family Services

CSF has implemented comprehensive educational and social service programs that support youth and their families across the lifespan, from children and adolescents to adults and seniors.
Farmworker Health & Education

CSF staff collaborate with local, state, and federal agencies to bridge service gaps and bring services to low-income communities.. Promotores de Salud (CHWs) and other professional staff provide health education, training, basic health screenings (glucose and blood pressure tests), and social and health referrals.
Chronic Disease Prevention

Improve community health outcomes by empowering individuals to manage chronic conditions and adopt healthy lifestyle changes effectively.

Community Research Project

Through research implementation and partnerships with local, state, and national agencies, including the Arizona Prevention and Research Center, CSF aims to improve health outcomes by increasing awareness and identifying effective interventions for long-term community health and positive social change.
Citizenship & Immigration Services

CSF staff offer immigration services to community residents, assisting with a variety of immigration-related needs. Services include assistance with citizenship applications, permanent resident renewals, family-based petitions, and other related immigration processes.
Housing

CSF, in partnership with USDA Rural Development, provides housing counseling and rehabilitation services for low—and moderate-income seniors, families with children under 18, and individuals with disabilities.
